Manifestation - Thinking and Imagining


When you think
You analyze, dissect, argue, and plan
You function under the rule of structures
You are trapped in the extremes of polarity

Thinking grounds you
And is essential for navigating the external world
But it is helpless
In your inner spiritual manifestation endeavour

Imagination is a flight of fancy
It is children's favourite game
It is infinitely fun and creative
It transcends structures and facts
It is the canvas of your Heart

In all manifestation journey
You must be blind to external facts
Immersed in inner reality
And achieve total self-abandonment
Your faith to your vision must be complete and absolute

Thinking cannot give you faith
But imagining will help you accept your own inner vision
It is the bridge to different dimensions
And a portal to the new YOU

Manifestation - Becoming and Returning

When first stepping on the journey of manifestation
you almost always have a goal in mind

With a goal in mind
the distance between you and the goal is inevitable

So your approach on manifestation
is one of “becoming”
and not of “returning”

To Become
you must effort and struggle
you must secretly dislike your present state
you must overcome

On the surface
it feels positive and proactive
but the sense of distance and separation from your goal
is lurking beneath
and shall be your undoing

To Return
is to relax
is to go home
is to be enveloped by your warm and natural state

It is the exquisite attitude
of letting go the conflict in your mind
between your present and preferred future
and of surrendering to your Heart
because it knows you already have everything

So here you choose again

Light Up Your Bones


In your physical body, bones are the most dense and inflexible. As such, it houses many of your subconscious thoughts and patterns, which seems to be less accessible. In your life, you have rarely noticed them or were even aware of them, yet they play a vital role in the process of your creative adventures.

In your visualization to improve yourself, do not forgo your bones. They need to be sensed and cleansed with light as well, so that space becomes available for newer and higher thoughts and vibration. These are the cranial, facial bones, vertebral column, hands, and legs, etc.

Warrior Diet

Under eat during the day
  • Minimise food consumption to mostly raw fruit and vegetables, soups, and small amounts of light protein foods.
  • Exercise regularly during the under eating phase. 
Eat your main meal at late afternoon
  • Start with subtle tasting foods and move to more aggressive foods i.e. salad, vegetables and proteins first, then finish with carbohydrates.
  • Introduce all tastes, textures, aromas and colours possible in your main meal.
  • Stop eating when you feel much more thirsty than hungry.
  • Rotate between days of high protein, high fat and high carbohydrates.
